Beginning in 2002, Everest Residential has acquired interests in 37 multifamily properties throughout the United States, 27 of which remain in the Everest portfolio today. These properties demonstrate Everest’s ability and capacity to manage on a large scale.
Everest Storage is the self-storage affiliate of Everest. Since 1998, Everest Storage focused on acquiring and developing self-storage properties, using the expertise of its principals, who have more than 25 years experience in the self-storage industry, including senior positions with Public Storage, Inc. Everest Storage has built or acquired interest in 12 self-storage properties and currently manages 11 properties in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Florida and Toronto, Canada.
One of the most recent additions to the Everest portfolio is in the area of retail and commercial development management. Everest is the asset manager for retail outlets in the mid-west and one commercial office building in Redmond, WA. Everest has been able to protect the investors interests in these properties with the years of experience in the Everest management team.
Everest currently owns and operates two independent living residences in Ohio and Illinois and asset manages two additional senior resident communities in Santa Barbara, CA. Utilizing proven experience, Everest has enhanced the potential for return on these investments for their investors. Through expert property analysis, implementation of dynamic marketing plans as well as applied knowledge of facility maintenance, the current senior living properties under Everest’s control have increased occupancy and improved overall revenue potential.
